We know that a request for a call out must be responded to quickly. If not, it is correctly seen by the client as a failure by the "service provider". We do not accept failure.

Our goal for non-emergency cover contracts is to get an engineer on site within 24 hours (on working days).

We offer our clients special pin code access to our 24/7/365 "out of hours" emergency call out service, engineer on site within 4 hours.

Our maintenance department use the latest control systems which provide real time engineer location monitoring and job progress reports in order to provide the quickest of response times.
