Keys & Transmitters

CURRENT RESIDENTIAL USERS:
Once you have purchased your additional / replacement proximity key(s) and/or radio transmitter(s) below, you will need to fill in the online
Keyfob Ordering Form.

START:  Purchase the proximity keyfob(s) and or radio transmitter(s) from this page. You will be given a unique Invoice Code (Order ID).

END: Go to the Keyfob Ordering Form page, enter your Invoice Code (Order ID) and all necessary details (listed below).

The correct keyfob(s) for your property will then be dispatched.

You will need the following information to fill in the online Keyfob Ordering Form;

1. Your full name.
2. Your full address including postcode.
3. The full delivery address including postcode. Proximity keys are sent first class and must be signed for.
4. Your contact telephone numbers.
5. The name of your block / building.
6. The name of your housebuilder (if known).
7. The name of the management company or housing association (if known).
8. The number engraved on the proximity key(s) and radio transmitter(s) you already have, if applicable. (If you do not have this information, simply advise us. This will delay processing).

Your proximity key(s), radio transmitter(s) will be automatically programmed into the relevant doors and gates as required for your development. Please contact us on 0870 33 33 88 if you experience any problems.

Alternatively, you can purchase proximity key(s) and radio transmitter(s) by filling in and returning by post/fax the form in the Residents User Guide.
