Planned Maintenance

Maintenance contracts are offered on all our installations.
Regular site visits to identify and remedy small problems – that are not yet noticed by the users - is an essential part of maintenance management.
Knowledge of the history of the installation and its maintenance , speedy access to configuration, installation and programming data are essential elements of the on-going management process.
The obvious objective is the maintenance of optimum system performance.
Reports and recommendations are forwarded to the client as standard good practice.
The performance of our maintenance department is judged on how few emergency call-outs relating to product and installation failures are received per year.
We cannot prevent emergency call-outs relating to factors outside of our control: vandalism, flood, fire, lightening strikes and power spikes. However, the engineer attending will have all system information available to him via PDA prior to arriving on site.
