We take Health and Safety seriously. That’s why we have accreditations from CHAS, the British Safety Council, Construction line and more.

NACD Limited recognises its responsibilities to provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, an environment which promotes the health, safety and welfare of its employees as part of its legal obligations. As a minimum we commit to achieving legal compliance as required by the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and delegated legislation. All significant hazards will be documented and this information will be communicated to staff, or those with the potential to be affected by such hazards. This information will then be used to assist NACD Limited in developing and implementing preventative and precautionary measures with the aim of preventing accidents and cases of work-related ill health. NACD Limited will provide employees with information, instruction and training as well as the appropriate resources to enable them to undertake their duties safely. We request that employees commit to working safely and not to endanger others through their own acts or omissions. We also request that employees report immediately to their Line Manager any dangers that they identify. We also accept responsibility for the health and safety of others people including visitors, contractors and members of the public who may be affected by our activities. We will ensure that risks to these people, so far as is reasonably practicable, are controlled.This policy will be reviewed every 2 years or earlier on significant changes within the organisation.
