Important Process Update

From 1st July 2026, NACD will no longer accept fob purchase requests directly from residents. Direct requests will not be processed and will instead be redirected to your Managing Agent or Housing Association.

To purchase a replacement or additional proximity key fob or radio transmitter for your property, please click here to download the NACD fob purchase form. Once completed, send the form to your managing agent or housing association, who will submit an instruction to NACD for the supply and programming of your key fob.

Please ensure you identify the correct fob type from the list below and include this on the form, so your request can be processed without delay.

Reason for Change

These changes have been introduced to:

• Enhance security and control over access credentials
• Ensure accurate audit trails for all issued devices and system updates
• Align with best practice in managed access control environments
